	*Jury View of Premises: In any case where a jury view is requested, the party making the request shall deposit the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars with the Clerk of Courts. This deposit will be applied by the Clerk to the transportation costs and the amount applied with be charged as court costs against the party ordered to pay costs.
